Final Table Read with Actors

We had a table read today with all of the crew and majority of the cast including all the main three siblings.


I had a chance to ask if there were any dietry requirements of the two Connors who were playing Rob and Sam for when I made the raw meat and also of Harriet who was playing Maggie if she was okay with eating cold beans in some scenes too.

Role Change

At the beginning of production, I was going to be on the camera team and be the clapper loader as well as fill out camera report sheets and assist the camera operator. However, after weeks of speculation, I decided to change roles from a minor role, to a bigger role of script supervisor.  When I was first assigned my role, it was the only role I had ever done in any films I'd been on previously so I knew what I was doing. The Road Screening

We had another screening today of The Road. This is a film I had seen before and liked the look and overall style and colour that it has. We took inspiration from both films we watched in the cinema over the past two days which was a good idea because it really helped everyone to understand the tone and direction that we wanted to go for with our film.
