Groups

Yesterday we got into our dissertation groups. However, there was stress put on the fact that this is dissertation now not just another group project. This is the biggest most important piece of work of the whole time at university. After being unhappy with the group I was in, I looked to another group and asked if I could join with them even though they had been in a group for a few months by now already. 
Today they let me know that I could be in their group after talking about it in the group.

Role Change

At the beginning of production, I was going to be on the camera team and be the clapper loader as well as fill out camera report sheets and assist the camera operator. However, after weeks of speculation, I decided to change roles from a minor role, to a bigger role of script supervisor.  When I was first assigned my role, it was the only role I had ever done in any films I'd been on previously so I knew what I was doing. The Road Screening

We had another screening today of The Road. This is a film I had seen before and liked the look and overall style and colour that it has. We took inspiration from both films we watched in the cinema over the past two days which was a good idea because it really helped everyone to understand the tone and direction that we wanted to go for with our film.
